TYPES OF CAMPAIGNS

Fall and Spring Conventional Fruit Programs

Profits: 50% or more depending upon product selection

Sales Cycle: Groups “pre-sells” LBG’s products from 2 to 6 weeks depending on their calendar needs and group motivation.

Pricing and Delivery: LBG publishes our Fall product and price list on or about September 1st. All Fall programs take delivery of our products in early November through the end of December.

LBG publishes our Spring product and price list on or about January 1st. All Spring programs take delivery of our products beginning in Mid-January through the end of March.

How it works: Your group takes orders or “pre-sells” your choice of LBG’s “ultra-fresh” fruit for 2 to 6 weeks. Then you tally your orders and telephone the totals to LBG. LBG then picks, packs, and ships your order via refrigerated truck to your specified location. Your group then unloads the truck and distributes the fruit to your customers. It’s that simple!

Limitations and Restrictions: LBG cannot guarantee delivery of orders less than 200 large boxes or its equivalent in total order carton weight. Order quantities of less than full truckload cannot be guaranteed a “specific” delivery date. All orders less than a full truckload require a 2 week period between order placement and anticipated delivery. Any order less than ½ truckload is subject to a service charge.

Doorstep Direct Programs for Fall and Spring

Profits: 40% to 50% depending upon product selection.

Sales Cycle: All Doorstep Direct orders must be received by LBG in original form no later than November 22nd for Fall deliveries. Doorstep Direct orders for Spring shipments must be received by LBG no later than 02/15;

Pricing and Delivery: Fall Doorstep Direct prices are published on or about September 1st of each year for UPS shipments through 12/22; Spring Doorstep Direct℠ prices are published January 1st for deliveries through March 31st.

How it works: Your group “pre-sells” your choice of LBG’s “ultra-fresh” fruit for as long as needed to achieve your profit goals. Your group then totals the order and sends the original order forms to LBG for order entry. LBG in turn picks, packs, and ships your order via UPS to arrive before Christmas for all Fall programs or before Mid-April for all Spring Shipments. LBG guarantees all products 100%.

Limitations and Restrictions: Incorrect addresses are solely the responsibility of the sender. LBG will not re-ship any Doorstep Direct item(s) that were supplied to LBG with incorrect addresses.
